Before you write: quick fixes
My invite link won't open. Invite links stay active until 2 days after the party date and then retire automatically. If a link fails before the party, send us the exact link and your phone model.
The game feels slow or blank. Almost always a browser issue: try Chrome or Safari, close background apps, and make sure the tab wasn't clipped by a school content filter. Screenshots help.
I paid $5 to share but the share button still won't unlock. Email us your PayPal transaction ID and the invitation name; we can restore the unlock manually same day.
